“Kanto” at Bar Marco is the first of the dinner series curated by Chef Rafael Vencio. This is an introduction to a unique dining experience that highlights prominent dishes he developed in distinguishing his culinary style. The focus on food is based on regional American cuisine that utilizes seasonal ingredients while incorporating flavor profiles from his cultural upbringing.
Fried chicken is the first installation and focal point of the dinner at Bar Marco. The line-up will include traditional side dishes associated with, but not limited to, southern American cuisine. This progression will also include exceptional craft cocktails and select wines from their program. Food will be presented family-style with a casual and engaging atmosphere. Hospitality is price inclusive.
