Learn the fundamentals of natural fermentation in this short class utilizing local produce at its peak season! Wether you're a beginner, novice, or just an avid fan of lacto-fermented pickles, this class will introduce rudimentary skills in developing your own fermenting prowess.
Class fee will include two hour session, with refreshments provided by tazza d'oro coffee shop, and costs for ingredients and supplies. Each participant will learn the basics for three types of naturally fermented pickles: dill pickles, sauerkraut, and giardinera.
