Pasta & seafood go hand-in-hand, so what better way to showcase it at Pear & Pickle cafe! This dinner is the juxtaposition of two culinary styles fashioned into one: Italian meets southern cuisine. Gatherings, wether large or small, are best enjoyed with great company and the food that brings everyone together.
"Kanto" at Pear & Pickle is the second installation to the dinner series. Hand-made pasta and seafood are the focal point for a family-style service, complemented with seasonal produce and local micro-brews from Roundabout brewery. Some standout dishes like squid ink pasta will be making a rare comeback to go along with inspirations from a low country seafood boil.

Squid Ink Pasta with sautéed fresh squid, tomato sauce, anchoiade and chicharon
Shrimp and Mussels Étouffeé- local sweet corn and smoked kielbasa, gulf shrimp and black dioamond mussels
Red and Yellow Potato salad- Morita chili dressing, onions, celery, peppers, scallions
